It took five police agencies to arrest four hookers

In a whopping good use of our tax dollars, it took five police agencies to take down four evil incarnate prostitutes on Bainbridge Island. These five agencies used our tax dollars to the maximum use:
Bainbridge police,
Bremerton Police Department,
Seattle Police Department's vice squad,
Washington State Patrol,
Naval Criminal Investigation Service.

Is it just me, or do you think you could come up with a better use of these police agencies time, for say something like burglary, murder, violent crime etc?
