Kitsap County Superior Court Judge Attempts to Intimidate Petitioner
ceakins — Wed, 03/31/2010 - 04:16
March 30th, 2010 – In what appears to be an attempt to harass, and intimidate a petitioner in Kitsap County Superior court, Kitsap County Superior Court Judge Theodore Spearman sends a letter to the Kitsap County Prosectuor Russell D. Hauge, Kitsap County Sheriff Steve Boyer, and Bainbridge Island Police Chief Jon M. Fehlman. In the letter he complains about the petitioner Charles L.

Obama quickly coming up to beat Bush Jr. for spending
ceakins — Sat, 04/25/2009 - 09:21
Bush the jack boot thug and big spender that he was, spent $4.3 trillion dollars over 8 years, which comes out to about $1.5 billion dollars a day. Obama's first 100 days saw $3.5 trillion added to the national debt, coming out at $35 billion dollars a day. We as a country cannot afford to continue to spend money like that, it devalues the dollar, meaning what you make won't buy as much as it did even under Bush jr. I'm not sure how more plainly I can explain it. But so far Obama is quickly coming up to beating Bush for the most spendy president in history.

Supreme Court to weigh in on 13 yo strip search case
ceakins — Thu, 03/26/2009 - 01:13
I have some questions, besides filing a lawsuit against the school district this involves why aren't the school principle, a secretary, and a nurse not in jail? If these were anyone else they would have had felony charges filed against them. The school district lost in the 9th circuit, and they appealed. For what? Their dumb zero-tolerance policy over ibuprofen? They didn't even find that. Being the parent of a female child, I really don't know what I would have done, I maybe or may not have ended up in jail.

Jefferson County, Wa GOP Cowards

Alternate signs they want on Jefferson County busses to counter ACLU signs that tell people their rights.
"Please cooperate if a Border Patrol agent questions you on this bus! Agents are doing their job. If you are questioned, be courteous. If you are not a U.S. citizen, always carry your immigration papers and please show them. Cooperation is always better than confrontation."

Review Cosmo's Itallian Deli and Bistro in Port Orchard
ceakins — Sun, 02/15/2009 - 05:25
I've eaten many a Italian dish, I've had real home cooked Italian food. First off I was rather disappointed in the lack of Italian food using regional ingredients on the menu. We live in an area that has Crab, all kinds of shell fish etc. So my wife orders the ravioli, I order the Chicken Alfredo. I tried my wife's ravioli, and it was some kind of cream red pepper sauce. It tasted like something that came out of a jar. My chicken was overly done and rather chewy. The alfredo sauce tasted like it also came out of a jar.

It took five police agencies to arrest four hookers
ceakins — Wed, 02/04/2009 - 02:55
In a whopping good use of our tax dollars, it took five police agencies to take down four evil incarnate prostitutes on Bainbridge Island. These five agencies used our tax dollars to the maximum use:
Bainbridge police,
Bremerton Police Department,
Seattle Police Department's vice squad,
Washington State Patrol,
Naval Criminal Investigation Service.

Washington Senate Bill 5104 "Providing fiscal reform." is actually income tax bill
ceakins — Tue, 01/27/2009 - 22:55
Please contact your State Senators and Congressmen and encourage them to vote no on this bill. The bill would institute a state income tax without dropping any other taxes. The bill should be renamed the "Providing fiscal irresponsibility". Instead of cleaning house, it just wants to tax Washington State Citizens more.
Historically every time an initiative, or bill has passed invoking an income tax in this state, it has been deamed unconstitutional under our supreme court.
The text of the bill can be found here:

Rush Limbaugh wants Obama to Fail
ceakins — Fri, 01/23/2009 - 03:10
Rush Limbaugh wants Obama to Fail and by extension our country, because if Obama fails its going to be bad for everyone. Now I didn't vote for Obama, or McCain for the matter, and I don't agree with everything President Obama stands for. However I don't wish him to fail, in fact I want him to prove me wrong. Proving me wrong would be good for our country. I'm only making opinion calls, and freely admit I could be wrong, so I don't wish for my predictions to come true. Quit the opposite in fact. I hope he restores civil liberties.

Think Homeland Security Checkpoints limited to rural highways on the Olympic Peninsula?
ceakins — Sun, 01/18/2009 - 13:21
Think again. DHS agents were out enforce at the train station in Seattle. Friend of mine rides the commuter train everyday, he told me they were out enforce on Thursday. Tell me this, this is an inland commuter train that goes from Tacoma to Everett. No where near the border, and never leaves the country. What is Obama going to do about this?
